My love for travel started after travelling extensively around Wales by rail in 2006. Having worked for PHT for over 10 years, I love the travel industry and the opportunity to learn something new every day. When travelling, you can visit the same place twice and still find something new and exciting each time.

My favourite part of the job is the relationships I have formed with my lovely clients. Turning their holiday dreams into a stunning reality gives me so much excitement. It keeps me enthused and passionate about the travel industry. It reminds me that we are so lucky to do what we do.

With two young children, I love spending time with my family and in 2019 we undertook a 6-week family holiday to Wales and Italy braving planes, trains and automobiles to see the sights and visit family.

• Make sure you book skip the line passes for attractions like Eiffel Tower and Louvre in Paris, Sagrada Família Cathedral in Barcelona and the Vatican Museums in Rome. We can book them for you and saves you wasting your precious holiday time waiting in line.
