Born and raised in the UK, after completing university I lived in the south of France for a year before commencing work as a tour guide. Over the next five years I guided numerous tours around Europe, the USA, Asia and Australia including hosting many European River cruises. I spent the next five years working on cruise ships as the Shore Excursion Manager, visiting ports all over Europe, Brazil, the Caribbean and the USA.
In 2007 I relocated to Adelaide where I began working with Phil Hoffmann Travel. I took up the position as Branch Manager in the Adelaide branch several years ago and moved to our Norwood branch in 2019.

- Always take a guided city tour on the first day if you have the time. They are a fantastic way to get your bearings in a city and will save you time in the long run, getting orientated. You can visit and learn about the major sites and discover places you’d like to go back to when you have more time throughout your stay to explore.
