I was always drawn to the idea of travelling the world so in 1997, I began my career as a junior travel consultant. I quickly established a strong passion for travel and a desire to provide the best customer service experience.

I made the move to Phil Hoffmann Travel Norwood in 2001 and as my experience grew, was promoted to Branch Manager in 2007. I love my job and the travel industry just as much as I did when I started all those years back.

I get a real satisfaction in seeing my clients come back year after year brimming with stories and memories of wonderful travel experiences. I am very lucky to be working in an industry that can really impact lives.

• Make the most of every travel experience, enjoy and savour the moment.  
• My favourite holiday destination to date is Petra in Jordan. Make sure you get up early to be one of the first to walk through the Siq which leads to the awe-inspiring Treasury.
• Purchase a foreign currency Cash Passport card prior to departing Australia. This locks in your exchange rate and is the safest and most cost effective way to travel with foreign currency.
