My career in the travel industry started in 1989. I was a leisure consultant, before moving into corporate travel roles at two Adelaide agencies. I then enjoyed 2 years in administration and human resources at British Airways, London.  I joined Phil Hoffmann Travel in March 2004. Currently, I enjoy my part time business travel assistant role and more recently hosting and escorting our Phil Hoffmann Travel group tours.

Whilst I backpacked extensively in my 20’s, these days I prefer to take a suitcase, my husband and teenage daughter!

travel tips:

  • Try to pack light. Pack ‘snap lock’ plastic bags in various sizes. Load a currency converter app on your phone for quick conversion rates. Learn at least a few words of the language of the country you’re visiting.
