Patong Beach is the vibrant, colourful beating heart of Phuket. The beach is lined with charming fishing boats and long-tailed boats that will whisk you away to one of the 38 smaller islands off its coast; while its streets are bursting with bargain shopping, street markets, restaurants and bars with a lively and hedonistic nightlife.

Phuket is Thailand’s largest island and one of Asia’s most popular beach resorts. Also known as the “Pearl of the South”, you can do as little or as much as you like on a holiday here. For a quieter beach known for its white sand and pristine waters, visit Phuket’s Karon or Kata Beach. A great alternative for families or couples wanting a more laid-back beach to relax, unwind and recharge on in idyllic surroundings. Kamala Beach is only 15 minutes from Patong but feels a world away with its relaxed feel. Part of a fishing village, it is surrounded by forested hills and is one of Phuket’s loveliest beaches.
